Noisy Water Winery, in accordance with legal regulations, does not permit the return of alcoholic beverages unless they are found to be corked or otherwise defective. Wines that have been damaged as a result of unfavorable weather conditions during transit or those mistakenly ordered cannot be returned. For initiating the process of returning a corked or defective product, customers are advised to send an email to admin@noisywaterwinery.com. Upon receipt of the returned wine, a reimbursement will be credited back to the original payment method, excluding any shipping and handling fees. In cases where the initial delivery was compromised or faulty, a complete refund, encompassing both the purchase price and associated shipping and handling costs, will be granted. It should be noted that a 15% restocking charge applies to all orders that are cancelled.
