Return Policy & Exchange Policy

Customers wishing to initiate a return can contact Njoie at info@njoie.com. A 30-day return policy is in place from the date of receipt. The brand requests that items remain unworn, unused, and in their original condition, complete with all tags and packaging, as well as proof of purchase. Certain items, including perishables, custom-made goods, personal care products, hazardous materials, sale items, and gift cards, are not eligible for return. Upon acceptance of the return, Njoie will issue a return shipping label and provide further instructions. Once the returned item has been inspected, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. For exchanges, customers should return the item and place a new order.
