Mitzi provides complimentary shipping for purchases exceeding $49 within the contiguous United States. Customers residing elsewhere are encouraged to contact a Lighting Expert to obtain details on international shipping alternatives.

Return Policy & Exchange Policy

Returns and exchanges are accepted by Mitzi for products that remain uninstalled and in their original packaging, provided they are returned within 30 days of receipt, accompanied by a valid proof of purchase, and in good, unused, and uninstalled condition. When initiating the return process online for standard delivery packages, a complimentary return label is provided. However, customers must cover the return shipping and pickup fees, which are nonrefundable for oversized and truck-shipped items if the return is due to customer remorse. A $149 deduction will be applied to the return credit for oversized item freight returns. To arrange an oversized freight return, customers may reach out to Mitzi's Customer Service at hello@mitzi.com. It should be noted that final sale, discontinued, and special made-to-order items are not eligible for return, exchange, or repair.
