Return Policy & Exchange Policy

For initiating a return, customers are encouraged to reach out to MEELOD at Support@meelod.com. It is requested that items should only be returned after the return has been officially requested, as returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted. In cases where customers opt to handle the return themselves, they will be responsible for the shipping costs. Returns cannot be processed by MEELOD if the specified conditions are not met or if more than 30 days have elapsed since the delivery. Any issues with damaged or incorrect items must be reported immediately. Upon inspection of the returned package, refunds for the return orders are processed by MEELOD. Please be aware that banks or credit card companies might require an additional 30 days to finalize the refund. Prior authorization from MEELOD's customer experience team is necessary for any return.
