Liffner offers a 14-day window for exchanges and returns following the delivery of items. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer, and the initial shipping cost is not refundable. The cost of returning items differs based on location: within Sweden, it amounts to 69 SEK; for EU and USA customers, the fees are 30 EURO and 30 USD, respectively; and for all other regions, the charge is 30 EURO. It is requested by the brand that customers await receipt of the return label prior to sending back any products. Furthermore, at the time of initiating a return, any indications of damage or usage must be communicated, as failure to report such issues may result in a rejection of the return or a partial refund.
