Livescribe provides a 30-day window for returns on both hardware and accessories, during which customers can receive a refund. The full purchase price, excluding shipping costs, is refunded by the brand when items are returned within this timeframe. To begin the return process, customers must obtain a Returned Material Authorization (RMA) number by contacting Customer Service. Additionally, customers are required to cover the original and return shipping expenses. It is essential that all returned products are in like-new condition, including all original components and packaging. Upon receipt and verification of the returned item(s), Livescribe processes the credit.
