Pactimo guarantees that returns are accepted within a 30-day period from the date of receipt, with the exception of final sale items. It is requested that all returned products remain unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, complete with attached tags. Upon receiving the returned item, a 3-5 business day timeframe is required for the brand to process and issue a refund. Should an exchange be desired, but the preferred item is unavailable, a refund will be issued. For exchanges, Pactimo covers the shipping expenses. Nonetheless, for international orders, it is recommended that customers return the item for a refund and place a new order.
