For a return to be accepted, the product must remain in its original condition, unused and with all tags intact, along with the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also necessary. The return request should be submitted via email to service@lefeet.com. In cases where the return is initiated by the customer, the shipping cost will be the customer's responsibility. Conversely, if the return is due to LEFEET's fault, such as receiving damaged or incorrect items, the shipping fee will not be charged to the customer. It is important to note that pairs and bundles can only be returned as complete sets. Items that are not in like-new condition, including those that are damaged, unsanitary, dented, or scratched, may not be eligible for a return. Any issues must be reported within 90 days from the order date.
