Lancaster Cast Iron recognizes that a product may occasionally fall short of your expectations. Should the item not satisfy your needs within 45 days from the delivery date, customers are invited to return it for an exchange or a refund. To be eligible for a return, the product must remain unused and the request must be made within the 45-day window. Beyond this timeframe, all sales become final. Initiate the return process by contacting the brand at returns@lancastercastiron.com. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method, with the shipping costs deducted. It is important to note that sales of factory seconds are non-returnable.
