Bean Products acknowledges that there might be instances when customers wish to return a product. A 30-day period is provided from the date of receipt for requesting a return authorization. It's important to remember that some items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return. To initiate a return, customers should supply their billing and shipping addresses and contact orders@beanproducts.com to begin the process. In the majority of cases, a prepaid return label will be supplied by Bean Products. Upon inspection and approval of the returned item, a refund will be processed.
