Generally, delivery takes approximately 5-7 business days from the date of shipment, depending on your location. For customers in the US and Europe, shipping is complimentary for orders exceeding $75; otherwise, a $7 fee applies. In Canada, Hawaii, or Alaska, a flat rate of $25 is charged, but shipping becomes free for orders over $100. DHL manages shipments from a New York warehouse for US customers, while in Europe, FedEx, USPS, or UPS handle deliveries. It is important to note that Kjaer Weis does not ship to PO Boxes, and international orders outside the US might take up to 2 weeks to arrive.
Kjaer Weis prioritizes customer satisfaction and provides a complete refund for items that are in an unopened, unused state and in their original packaging within 30 days from the date of purchase. It is the responsibility of the customer to cover the costs associated with return shipping. To initiate a return, contact customerservice@kjaerweis.com for detailed guidance. Please be aware that opened or used products are not eligible for returns. For Red Edition or Iconic Edition items, both the Compact and Refill components must be returned together. Final sale items, which cannot be returned, include all Brushes, Bags, and Collector's Kits. Upon receipt of the return, it will take 7-10 business days to process, followed by an additional 5-7 business days for the bank to reflect the refund.
