Any refunds will be processed to the original payment method; in cases where a receipt is unavailable, customers will receive store credit. It's important to note that special orders and last chance products cannot be returned or exchanged. Furthermore, free returns do not cover repairs, and any associated shipping costs for repairs will be the responsibility of the customer.
