Nevertheless, in instances where returns result from a product defect, the brand will fully cover the return shipping expenses. For UK orders under 150 GBP, should customers opt to use Horizn Studios' return label, a flat return fee of 20 GBP will be subtracted from the refund. For EU customers, if the total value of the goods is less than 150 € and they choose to use the prepaid return label, a flat return fee of 5 € will be deducted from the refund; however, for returns exceeding 150 €, the brand will bear the return shipping costs. As an alternative, customers may also organize the return independently at their own cost.
