Return Policy & Exchange Policy

Returns are accepted by Homeport within 7 days from the date of purchase, with the condition that an original or gift receipt is shown. The brand prefers that all products come back in a nearly new, fully functional state, including all initial packaging. A processing charge of 5% is levied on every return. In cases where any part of the original packaging is absent, there will be an additional 15% fee for open box items, subject to special authorization, over and above the standard processing charge. It's important to highlight that specific goods, such as personalized items, digital content, opened storage solutions, and clearance or final sale merchandise, do not qualify for returns. For customers who may have received a faulty product, an exchange or refund can be arranged by Homeport during the return window.
