For purchases that do not meet your expectations, the brand gladly offers an exchange or a refund of the purchase price for items in their original condition, provided they are returned within 90 days from the date of receipt. Please note that return shipping charges, discounts, and any additional fees are non-refundable. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method. In case of receiving damaged or defective products, customers are advised to reach out to the Customer Support Team for an exchange. It's important to understand that consumable goods cannot be returned once opened, but unopened and unused consumables are eligible for return. Upon arrival at the warehouse, Hempvana processes returns within 5 business days, with refunds usually appearing in your account within another 5 business days.
