Hagan Ski Mountaineering places a high priority on customer contentment. Should the purchase fail to meet expectations, returns are accepted by the brand within 30 days from receipt, as long as the item is in a condition suitable for resale. A complete refund or an equivalent exchange, if possible, will be provided. The merchandise must remain in its original state and packaging. In cases where the product has been damaged or used, such as skis that have been mounted, a refund cannot be issued. The cost of return shipping is to be covered by the customer. Upon receiving the returned product, a full refund will be processed by Hagan Ski Mountaineering within 14 days, via the same payment method used for the initial transaction.
