You can return or exchange your Guardian bike for any reason within 365 days of delivery. If not completely satisfied, you may return the bike at any time during the first year. The Smooth Ride Guarantee also covers spare parts and repairs for 365 days after delivery, including minor repairs done at home with provided tools and videos; bike shop repairs are reimbursed via store credit or refund upon invoice submission. Exclusions: tune-ups, normal wear and tear (tires, tubes, brake pads, cables), rust/weather-related damage, or customer-damaged items. Refund processing requires donating the bike to a local charity or non-profit and submitting photos of the donation receipt and bike; full refund or store credit will be issued. Gift cards have 100-day return window for unused cards; used gift cards are non-refundable.
