When a product from Golfballs.com fails to meet your expectations, it can be returned in its original, new condition within 30 days for a full refund. Used clubs, however, are not eligible for return. Personalized golf balls, due to their customized nature, may only be returned for partial credit. Any used golf balls, bags, or shoes are non-returnable unless they are defective or covered under the manufacturer's warranty. In cases where an item, such as shoes or gloves, does not fit properly, you have the option to send it back in new and unused condition, and if available, Golfballs.com will replace it with the correct size. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges and any shipping costs associated with sizing issues, except when the return is due to a misrepresentation or defect, in which case Golfballs.com will cover the shipping expenses. Should the wrong item be delivered, the brand will arrange for the collection of the incorrect item and the delivery of the right one, free of charge.
