Items purchased from Gap, Old Navy, Banana Republic, or Athleta cannot be returned in-store. If a product from a third-party vendor does not meet expectations and is not marked as final sale, it can be mailed back to the seller for a return. In cases where goods arrive in a damaged condition, customers are advised to reach out to customer service at 800-427-7895 (for those within the U.S.) or 614-744-3907 (for international inquiries) to initiate a damage claim. For mail returns, the items must be sent to 100 Gap Inc. Direct Gateway, Groveport, OH 43125. Upon processing, the refund will be credited to the original payment method.
