It should be noted that shipping charges are non-refundable. For orders totaling $250 or more within the United States, Frank and Eileen provides complimentary UPS Ground shipping.
Frank and Eileen accepts returns for both U.S. and international orders within 30 days from the shipment date. It is requested that all items remain unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and not included in a final sale. A return fee of $8 will be deducted from the refund for U.S. orders. For international returns, the fee varies between $14 and $20. Please note, exchanges are not an option for international orders. Upon receipt of the returned item, processing of the refund can take up to 12 business days.
