Return Policy & Exchange Policy

For returns or exchanges, Field And Supply allows eligible items to be processed within 7 days from the fulfillment of the order. The item(s) must be returned within 14 days. Customers are advised to email info@fieldandsupply.com to initiate a return or exchange. Upon approval, the return should be shipped back to the seller, with the return shipping address available upon request. To qualify for a refund or exchange, all items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging. Refunds or exchanges will not be granted for used items or those showing signs of wear. The cost of return shipping is the customer's responsibility, and any damage incurred during transit disqualifies the item from a refund or exchange. Certain items may incur a restocking fee, as indicated on the product page. Final sale items, such as food, apothecary items, furniture, lighting, gift cards, made-to-order items, and sale items, are not eligible for return or exchange. Orders placed outside the U.S. are also considered final sales.
