CULTIVER provides free returns for exchanges or store credit on all purchases. Through the brand's returns portal, a prepaid return postage label is offered. Should a refund be preferred, a $10 fee for the return label will be subtracted from the refund. Purchases made from November 25 to December 30 are eligible for an extended holiday returns period, allowing returns until January 30. Within the United States, returns and exchanges are available for all qualifying items. The brand requests that up to 7 business days be allowed for processing after the return arrives at the warehouse. Refunds will be credited only to the original payment method. For international returns, CULTIVER advises customers to reach out to customer service.
