East Fork places a high priority on customer contentment and is prepared to facilitate an exchange, provide a store credit, or issue a refund via the original payment method within 30 days of receipt if the product does not meet expectations. To process any return or exchange, a proof of purchase must be presented, and the items should remain in their original, unopened state. In cases where the goods are undamaged and not faulty upon delivery, the shipping expenses will be borne by the customer. Refunds for items that have been damaged during transit are not provided, and the cost of shipping is non-reimbursable. Furthermore, a three-strike policy is in place for customers who frequently engage in high-risk return activities.
