Dream Recovery provides a 30-day return policy. Customers should contact support@dreamrecovery.io to start the return process. To ensure a seamless experience, it is requested that the products be in an unworn and unused condition, with all tags still attached, in their original packaging, and accompanied by a proof of purchase. It is crucial to understand that certain products, including perishable goods, custom or personalized items, personal care products, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases, sale items, and gift cards, cannot be returned. Upon approval of the return, refunds will be processed within ten business days.
