InvisaWear provides a 30-day window for returns or exchanges from the date of receipt, with the condition that items must be in excellent condition. For holiday purchases, the return period is extended—products bought between October and December 2025 can be returned until January 31, 2026. It is important to note that keychains with pepper spray and Custom Engraved Necklaces from InvisaWear are not eligible for returns or refunds. Furthermore, subscriptions cannot be refunded. A restocking fee of $10 will be applied to each item returned, which will be deducted from the refund amount. Upon approval of a return, a refund will be processed to the original payment method.
