Devon Windsor provides a flat-rate ground shipping service, with return and exchange options limited to the U.S. For customers in Puerto Rico and Hawaii, the UPS Ground Shipping fee is set at $24, whereas for Guam and the U.S. Virgin Islands, it increases to $40. Expedited delivery is also available; 2nd Day Air costs $25, and Next Day Air is priced at $37. Orders are processed by the brand within one business day, and standard delivery times for domestic orders range from 2-6 business days. Shipping operations take place Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Any express orders submitted after 4 PM Eastern Time will be handled on the next business day. It's important to note that P.O. Box addresses cannot be used for shipping.
For U.S. orders, Devon Windsor permits returns and exchanges on all full-priced merchandise provided that the request is made within 14 days from the delivery date. To qualify, items must remain in their original condition, with tags still attached, and show no signs of wear, alteration, or washing. Once a return is received, it is processed by the brand within one week, and refunds are credited back to the original form of payment within seven business days following this.
