Isopure Water requests that customers refrain from returning merchandise without first obtaining a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This can be acquired by reaching out to Isopure Water at (714) 541-6600 or via email at support@isopurewater.com. For the return process to proceed smoothly, items must be dispatched and received within 21 calendar days of the RMA number being issued. Any returns arriving after this timeframe will not be accepted. Should a customer be dissatisfied with their purchase for any reason, the brand provides a refund for orders under $500 within 30 days of receipt, while orders exceeding $500 are subject to a 15-day return policy. Defective products, due to manufacturing or workmanship issues, can be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.
