A 30-day return policy is offered by Clothes By Majestic, starting from the purchase date. Refunds are issued to the initial payment method for items bought at full price. It's important to note that clearance and sale items are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable. A $9.95 processing fee will be subtracted from the refund amount for international returns. Any duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer. After initiating a return, there is a 28-day timeframe to send back the items before the label becomes invalid. Upon receipt at the distribution center, it may take up to 7 business days for the return to be processed. Shipping charges, however, are not eligible for a refund. For exchanges, which are available internationally, customers can reach out to customerservice@clothingbymajestic.com to confirm the availability of the desired item and to begin the exchange process.
