For kits, it is essential that they remain in their initial packaging, with the gray polybag intact and unopened. A $5 Order Restocking Fee is levied by the brand for such returns. In the event of dissatisfaction with the first kit, Cleverman provides either a full refund or an alternative color mix upon being contacted within 30 days. It should be noted, however, that shipping and handling expenses are not subject to reimbursement. Processing of refunds generally takes between 5 to 10 business days. Should any goods arrive in a damaged condition or fail to reach the destination, replacements will be issued by the brand if photographic evidence is provided.
