Cetims recommends that return requests be initiated by customers within a 7-day period following the receipt of their order. The merchandise should then be sent back to the brand no later than 15 days after it was delivered. It is requested that clients bear the cost associated with returning the goods, including the expense for packaging, as Cetims does not provide prepaid shipping labels. In cases where the product is defective or has been mishandled, a complete refund, inclusive of the original delivery charge, will be provided. For scenarios without any quality concerns but where the buyer is dissatisfied or has altered their preference, a reimbursement of 90% of the purchase price, less a 10% restocking fee, will be given; nonetheless, shipping and expedited service fees remain non-refundable. Direct exchanges are not an option offered by the company. Gowns that are custom-sized or larger than US size 14 do not qualify for returns.
