Cathay Pacific provides a versatile refund policy, enabling customers to return unused tickets up to two years from the date of issuance. If tickets are either fully or partially unused, the associated taxes can be refunded. For partially used tickets that meet the refund criteria, Cathay Pacific ensures the amount is credited to the original payment method, such as a credit card or bank account. For fully unused tickets, after a cancellation fee is paid, a refund will be issued. Similarly, for partially used tickets, the unused portion can be canceled by paying a cancellation fee, and a refund for that part will be provided. After cancellation, the tax on the unused segment will also be refunded. All cancellations and refunds are subject to the brand's terms and conditions.
