Recognizing the significance of prompt delivery, Aavrani ensures that domestic orders with standard shipping, placed before 12 PM EST (Mon-Fri, excluding holidays), are often shipped on the same day. Those placed after 12 PM EST or during weekends/holidays usually take 1-2 business days to be dispatched. Likewise, expedited and international orders, if placed before 3 PM EST (Mon-Fry, excluding holidays), are also likely to be shipped the same day, whereas orders placed later than 3 PM EST or on non-working days will require 1-2 business days for processing.
To ensure a seamless return process, Aavrani mandates that all returns be handled by the customer service team. For a complimentary pre-paid return label, customers are encouraged to reach out via email at hello@AAVRANI.com. Refunds are issued by the brand within 5-7 business days following the receipt of the returned items. When it comes to bundle sets, only the complete set can be returned, as partial returns or exchanges are not accepted. It is also important to note that Aavrani does not offer refunds for packages marked as delivered but later reported as stolen or lost, nor for items damaged due to personal misuse.
