Cailini Coastal provides shipping services solely to the contiguous United States, excluding Alaska and Hawaii. Shipping costs are integrated into the total order amount, with all parcel orders dispatched through USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Generally, in-stock products are shipped within 2-3 business days; however, during promotional events and peak holiday seasons, processing times may increase to 3-6 business days. Items such as furniture, mirrors, lighting, rugs, art, bedding, and select decor, which are sent directly from suppliers, typically require 2-4 weeks for delivery. Premium white glove delivery is mandatory for specific furniture items. Additionally, customers have the option to pick up their orders from the warehouse located in Norwalk, CT.
Customers are encouraged to contact support@cailinicoastal.com within a 14-day period following delivery for return requests, with the exception of items that are damaged, missing, or incorrect. It is essential that all returned products remain in their original, unopened state, along with the inclusion of the initial packing slip, and must be received by Cailini Coastal no later than 30 days post-delivery. Refunds on shipping fees will only be provided if the delivered item was either faulty or not as ordered. In the event of receiving an incorrect, damaged, or missing product, it is requested that an email be sent to support@cailini.coastal.com within 48 hours after delivery; Cailini Coastal will then manage the return, replacement, or repair free of charge. Please be aware, Final Sale items do not qualify for this return policy.
