For purchases below $500, a flat shipping fee of $24.95 is applied by the brand; however, expedited shipping is unavailable. Regarding curbside delivery, once an order is processed within 10 business days, a freight carrier will contact you to arrange a delivery date, typically within 2-7 days post shipment. BuenoSpa requests that either you or a designated person be available to check for any visible damage to the packaging and to sign the delivery receipt.

In cases where the item has already been dispatched but you still wish to cancel or exchange within the 100-day timeframe, a shipping charge of $1000 along with 10% of the total invoice amount will be applied.
