Billini provides a complete refund or the option for an exchange on all full-priced merchandise and an exchange for sale items within 30 days from the initial purchase date, provided that the specified conditions are met. Items bought at full price during a promotional period are still categorized as full-priced and qualify for a refund. Shipping costs incurred at the time of purchase will not be reimbursed or credited when processing the return. A handling fee of $10 USD will be subtracted from all refunds to account for the return shipping label. For customers located outside the United States, it is requested that you contact support@billini.com to start your return process. Please allow 1-2 business days for your request to be handled. After processing, the funds will be credited back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days, subject to your financial institution's policies.
