BizChair facilitates returns on all products, barring exceptions, within a 30-day period post-purchase. For returns to be processed, the items should remain unopened and unassembled. Written authorization from the brand is necessary for any merchandise to be returned. Customers can acquire a return authorization (RA) number by reaching out to Customer Service at 1-800-924-2472 or via email at customerservice@theubiquegroup.com. Upon receiving authorization, the return must be completed within 10 days. Customized items, however, do not qualify for returns or refunds, except in instances of an error. In these situations, customers are required to submit photographs of the incorrect items within 10 business days to receive a replacement or refund.
