Return Policy & Exchange Policy

Customers can initiate a return by applying through the Returns Portal of Beyond Polish within 14 days from the delivery date. Refunds are issued as store credit via an eGift Card. Only unused, new, and originally packaged items qualify for returns; used products do not. The brand does not permit returns or exchanges for Skincare, Hair care, or Cosmetics. Unauthorized returns will be rejected. Additionally, red-line, clearance, sale, and Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. Customers must cover the return shipping costs, and both the original and return shipping fees are non-refundable. Processing a return may take up to 10 days. Upon inspection, customers will receive an email with a gift card equivalent to the value of the returned item(s), inclusive of sales tax if applicable, minus any shipping charges.
