Baby Cubby permits returns within a 30-day window for products that retain their original tags, packaging, and remain in a condition suitable for resale as new. Certain items, however, are non-returnable and considered final sale. These include car seats, blessing outfits, DockATots, Owlet goods, teethers, pacifiers, sippy cups, bottles, crib mattresses, displays, clearance items, and furniture. Proof of purchase is mandatory, and any refunds will be processed through the initial payment method. It should be highlighted that the customer bears the responsibility for return shipping expenses. Furthermore, all returns must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
