A seamless return process is guaranteed by Altec Lansing through the requirement of a Return Authorization (RA) number. This can be acquired by contacting 1-877 GO ALTEC (1-877-462-5832), selecting Option 1. It is requested that, for returns to be accepted within 30 days of receipt, items must remain in their original, unused condition. Should 90 days elapse or if the parts are found to be used or damaged, no credit will be issued. Furthermore, specific products like special orders, hose assemblies, small hardware, electrical and hydraulic components once installed, along with manuals, are not eligible for return.
