Allegiant Goods recognizes that on occasion, returns may be necessary. The brand is pleased to provide store credit for returns initiated within 14 days from the delivery date. Refunds are not offered unless the items are found to be damaged or faulty. To qualify for a return, the product must remain unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, Allegiant Goods will send an email notification and issue the store credit. It is important to note that exchanges are not an option; however, customers can return the item for store credit and then place a new order.
