Return Policy & Exchange Policy

Customers are encouraged to initiate the return of one or more accessories by downloading the provided form and mailing the package to Marnia Tabbi, c/o Alexandre de Paris (Bailly Créations), located at 19 rue François Rochaix, 01100 Arbent, France. It is requested that the merchandise be sent back within a 14-day period after the cancellation notice has been submitted. The customer is responsible for covering the shipping expenses, except in cases where the item is faulty or an error was made by Alexandre de Paris. A complete reimbursement will only be granted if all items from the order are returned. For any goods not included in the return, their value will be deducted from the refund and a credit note, equivalent to the price of those articles, will be issued for use on a subsequent purchase. An email confirmation will be dispatched by the brand upon receipt of the cancellation request.
