Ashworth facilitates returns or exchanges for products within a 30-day period following the shipping confirmation email, contingent upon the presence of a valid receipt. Upon receipt of the returned item, the refund is processed and credited back to the original payment method within 3-5 business days. A $7.95 fee is deducted from the refund amount for returns, but this charge is waived for exchanges. To qualify for a return or exchange, the items must be in their original, unmarked packaging, accompanied by all accessories, labels, complimentary gifts, bonus items, manuals, and documentation.
