For any product bought directly from 1620 Workwear's online platform, should dissatisfaction arise or an exchange be desired, a return can be made within a 15-day window, provided the item remains in its original, unused state with all tags intact. Upon receipt of such returns, 1620 Workwear will provide a complete reimbursement. It is important to highlight that returns arriving at the warehouse beyond this 15-day period will not qualify for a refund. Nonetheless, if the item is returned between 15 and 30 days post-purchase, customers have the option to either exchange the product or receive store credit. Be advised, however, that products labeled as "final sale" do not fall under the return policy, and goods without their original tags cannot be refunded or exchanged.
